Rental Agreement

1. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that all rented items are dropped off at My Second Hand or are available for pick-up by My Second Hand at the agreed upon time. Pick up fee is 15 RMB in Puxi, 25 RMB from Pudong. 24 hours notice of a late return is requested so as not to incur additional daily charges

2. I understand that items returned needing excessive cleaning or damaged, will result in an additional fee. Examples of, but not limited to, include vomit, chewing gum, stickers, dried ice cream, crayon marks, or candy, etc.

3. I agree that any and all damages to the equipment will be reported to My Second Hand immediately. The renter assumes all liability for loss or damage to the equipment and repair or replacement costs will be charged if the equipment is lost, stolen or damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Also, destruction of packing materials, (transit boxes, rope, etc.), discovered on retrieval of items will result in supplemental charges.

5. My Second Hand, its owners and/or employees will not be responsible for improper assembly and/or use of equipment rented.

6. At the time of rental, renter will pay My Second Hand a deposit of 200 RMB or the actual sales price of the item, which ever is greater. The account will be settled upon return of the item.
